Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by PP Cine may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
PP Cine accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. PP Cine reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section. PP Cine does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All transactions on the PP Cine platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. PP Cine is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by the player.
PP Cine reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, PP Cine may be required to report the transaction to the relevant authorities.
All funds held in your PP Cine account are held for gaming purposes only. PP Cine does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are held separately from PP Cine's operational funds.

PP Cine's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PP Cine's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, PP Cine reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
